I have been living here for 3 years. I cannot say enough about how wonderful the maintenance staff is! Every work order I have submitted has been taken care of the same day. They are friendly and really care about taking care of the residents.

The office management are truly nice individuals. From our first viewing visit to our 8th month as a resident, we have never been treated as just a "unit number". It's comforting to know that when life's unexpected events take place, your home is not threatened. They have strong communication skills that make this "family" living in every way.

We moved in recently. We have had a great experience thanks to the amazing staff present at Chatham Courts. Special thanks to Celia for making things so much easier for us & providing us with the necessary help whenever we needed it.
